LED walls have replaced projection for most main stages in New Orleans because they stay bright under stage lighting and read cleanly on camera. We rent indoor and outdoor panels from 1.9mm to 4.8mm pitch, sized to your sightlines, with processing, rigging or ground support and a technician who owns the show file.
Projection is still the right call for wide ballrooms, dual-screen general sessions and budgets that need coverage over brightness. We supply HD and 4K projectors with front or rear screens, plus confidence monitors so presenters never turn around to read their own slides.
Multi-camera IMAG puts the speaker on screen for the back of the room, and the same program feed can go straight to a stream. We encode to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom or a private platform, record an archive copy, and bring remote presenters into the room cleanly for hybrid events.
A video package is only as good as the person running it. Our video engineers, camera operators and show callers collect decks in advance, test every transition and handle the inevitable last-minute slide change without stopping the program.

Downtown convention hall
Challenge: Presenters arrived with mixed slide formats minutes before doors, and the client wanted a live stream on the same feed.
Outcome: A 24-foot LED wall with a redundant switcher and dedicated playback operator absorbed every last-minute deck and pushed a clean program feed to the stream.
University auditorium
Challenge: Remote panelists needed to appear on stage screens and be heard in the room without lag or echo.
Outcome: Two-way video with mix-minus audio kept remote panelists in the conversation while in-room attendees followed on IMAG.
