We spec each sound system rental around your room, your headcount and your run of show — then tune it on site with engineers who run these rooms every week. Most of what we do in New Orleans and Hammond is speech: general sessions, panels, awards programs and annual meetings where every word has to land in the back row. We spec professional sound systems around the room shape and headcount, add wireless handhelds and lavaliers for presenters, and mix the room on a digital console so a soft-spoken speaker is as clear as the emcee.
Press feeds, mult boxes and assisted listening receivers are available for any program that needs them, and podium audio is set and tested before doors.
Ceremony audio and reception audio are two different systems, and we build both. A discreet ceremony PA with a lavalier on the officiant and a mic on the vows keeps the moment intelligible without a wall of speakers in your photos, then the reception system takes over for toasts, first dances and the band or DJ.

New Orleans hotel ballroom
Challenge: A long, low ballroom with heavy carpet and a hard back wall was swallowing speech intelligibility for keynote sessions.
Outcome: We flew a compact line array with delay fills, tuned the room the night before and ran a dedicated A2 on wireless. Every seat heard the keynote cleanly with no feedback across three days.
Gulf South riverfront park
Challenge: Eight acts with fast changeovers and a hard curfew, plus wind and neighborhood sound limits.
Outcome: Line array with cardioid subs kept level on the audience and off the property line. Advance-built console files made changeovers land under ten minutes each.
