TV & Monitor Rental in New Orleans
Flat-screen displays are the workhorse of trade show booths, registration desks, breakout rooms and hospitality suites. We rent commercial-grade TVs and monitors in New Orleans on floor stands, table stands or rolling carts, dressed and cable-managed so nothing hangs loose in front of your guests.
Every display goes out tested with the source, the adapters and the cable run it needs, and our crew sets it, powers it and strikes it so your team never touches a hand truck.

Monitor, projector or LED wall?
A flat-screen display wins anywhere the image is close to the viewer and the room stays lit — booths, registration, digital signage, breakouts and hospitality. It needs no throw distance and no darkness.
Once the back row is more than about 25 feet away, move up to a projector and screen or an LED video wall. A good rule of thumb: the furthest viewer should sit no further than four times the diagonal of the screen.
Delivery, setup and strike
Gear rolls from our Hammond warehouse on a truck timed to your dock window, is installed and tested before doors, and is struck by the same crew at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever your venue allows. Venue dock fees, union labor and overnight parking are quoted separately when a room requires them.
TV and monitor rental questions
- What size TV should I rent for a trade show booth?
- A 55" to 65" display reads well from the aisle in a standard 10x10 or 10x20 booth. Step up to 75" or larger for an island booth or a back wall that has to be seen across the hall. Abstract Productions sizes the display to your booth plan before delivery.
- Do you deliver and set up monitor rentals in New Orleans?
- Yes. Delivery, stand assembly, cable management, a content test and strike are included on every TV and monitor rental across New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Slidell, the Northshore and Baton Rouge.
- Can I loop a video or slideshow on the screen without a laptop?
- Yes. We supply a looping media player — drop your MP4 or image set on a USB drive and the screen plays it unattended all day. Bring a laptop instead and we supply the adapters and the cable run.
- Can you run several screens from one source?
- Yes. We distribute one source across multiple displays with splitters and extenders, or feed each screen its own content. Long runs across a ballroom use HDBaseT extenders so the picture holds up.
