Projected imagery mapped onto an architectural surface at an event

Projection Mapping Rental in New Orleans

Projection mapping turns a wall, a facade, a stage set or a cake table into the show. We supply the high-lumen projectors, the blending and the media server to wrap your content onto a real surface in New Orleans, then shape and mask the image so it lands exactly on the geometry and nowhere else.

Mapping lives or dies on the survey. Our crew measures the surface, plots throw distances and sightlines and confirms ambient light levels before anything is quoted, so the picture you see in the room matches the render.

Mapping, LED wall or straight projection?

Choose projection mapping when the surface itself is the star — a historic facade, a scenic build, a branded object — and the space can be kept dark enough to hold contrast.

Choose an LED video wall when the room stays bright, the content is mostly slides or video, or the image must be seen on camera. Choose straight projection onto a screen when you need a big, clean 16:9 image at the lowest cost.

Delivery, setup and strike

Gear rolls from our Hammond warehouse on a truck timed to your dock window, is installed and tested before doors, and is struck by the same crew at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever your venue allows. Venue dock fees, union labor and overnight parking are quoted separately when a room requires them.

Projection mapping rental questions

What does projection mapping cost in New Orleans?
Cost is driven by surface size, projector count and content. A single-surface stage or table map is a small package; a building facade with blended projectors and custom content is a production. Call 504-837-1527 with the surface and dates and we will quote after a site survey.
Do you create the mapped content or do we supply it?
Either. We can run content your designer delivers to our template, or scope a content build with the mapping package. Either way we supply the template, the surface measurements and a rehearsal pass before the show.
Can projection mapping work outdoors on a building?
Yes, after dark. Outdoor facade mapping needs high-lumen projectors, weather protection, secure projector positions and power — all of which we confirm in the site survey before quoting.
How much setup time does a mapped show need?
Plan at least a full day on site for a facade or scenic map: rigging and focus, then warping, masking and blending, then a rehearsal pass with the final content. Small single-surface maps can be set in a few hours.
