Questions, answered

The things clients ask us most before booking equipment or production for their event.

We work throughout New Orleans, Baton Rouge, the Northshore and the greater Gulf South. If your event falls outside that footprint, call us — we travel for the right project.

Both. You can rent equipment on its own, or bring us in for full-service production with design, delivery, installation, on-site technicians and strike. Most clients land somewhere in between, and we scale the package to fit.

Corporate meetings and general sessions, galas and fundraisers, conferences and trade shows, concerts and festivals, hospital and healthcare events, university and school programs, worship services, weddings and private parties.

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events, and larger productions benefit from a couple of months of lead time. That said, we handle short-notice requests regularly — call us and we will tell you honestly what is available.

Yes, and it is one of the most useful things we do. Tell us the venue, the headcount and what has to happen on stage, and we will spec a package that covers it without padding the invoice.

For full-service production, yes — delivery, setup, on-site operation and breakdown are built into the quote. Equipment-only rentals can be picked up or delivered, and we will confirm exactly what is included before you sign.

Fill out the quote form on our contact page or call us at 504-837-1527. Share your date, venue and a short description of the event, and we will get you a clear written proposal.
