What stage height should you choose?

For a seated audience on a flat floor, 16 inches works for a head table or panel, 24 inches is the standard for a keynote or awards program, and 32 to 48 inches is for concerts and large rooms where the back rows need to see over standing guests.

Depth matters as much as height. A podium and two chairs need 8 feet of depth; a band with a drum riser needs 16 to 24. Send the run of show and we will lay out the deck plan around it.

Delivery, setup and strike

Gear rolls from our Hammond warehouse on a truck timed to your dock window, is installed and tested before doors, and is struck by the same crew at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever your venue allows. Venue dock fees, union labor and overnight parking are quoted separately when a room requires them.
