Per item
Day rates by equipment
Anything on this list can be rented on its own. Where a rate is not published yet, ask and we will send the current figure the same day — we would rather quote your date than post a number that has drifted.

How a quote is built
What sits inside the number
Three buckets, listed separately on every quote, so you can trim one without guessing at the others.
Gear
The equipment itself, priced per show day. Multi-day programs and rehearsal days are discounted rather than charged at full rate for every calendar day.
Delivery
Truck and mileage from Hammond, sized by distance and how much gear rolls. Tight dock windows and early-morning load-ins move this line item more than distance does.
Labor
Crew hours for install, the technicians who stay for the program, and strike. Show length and crew size drive this, not the size of the gear list.
Quoted separately
Some costs belong to the venue rather than to us, so we list them on their own line instead of burying them in the package: dock and freight-elevator fees charged by the building, union labor where a venue's contract requires it, and overnight parking for the truck when a strike happens the following morning. We confirm each of these with the venue before the quote goes out, so nothing lands as a surprise on the final invoice.
