A great show starts with a solid platform. We deliver, build and strike modular staging in any configuration — head tables, runways, choral risers, band platforms and full general session stages — with proper skirting, steps and rails so everything looks finished and stays safe.
Modular decking lets us build almost any footprint: a low head-table platform, a 24-inch general session stage, choral risers for a chorus or tiered seating for a panel. Every stage is leveled, locked, skirted and carpeted so it looks finished from the first row.
Weddings and galas use staging for band platforms, sweetheart tables, runways and ceremony platforms that let the back half of the room actually see the vows. Steps, handrails and ADA ramps are part of the package, not an upsell.
For concerts, festivals and outdoor programs we build larger decks with truss structures and ground support for lighting and video, sized for wind loading and the weight of the rig above it.
Most ballroom stages go in during an overnight window with pre-staged deck carts and a rehearsed crew, so the room is ready before morning service. Our crew load-checks every span, sets rails where code and common sense require them, and returns for strike and load-out.

Hotel ballroom
Challenge: Catering needed the room until late the night before, leaving an overnight window to build a 40-foot stage.
Outcome: Pre-staged deck carts and a rehearsed crew had the stage, stairs, skirting and rail set and safety-checked before breakfast service.
Event hall
Challenge: A fashion showcase needed a center runway with clean sightlines from three sides.
Outcome: A tiered truss with hidden cable paths and matte deck surface kept the walk safe and the sightlines open for every table.
