Backdrop, masking or booth walls?

A stage backdrop usually runs 12 to 16 feet high so it fills the camera frame behind a presenter, and wider than the stage so the edges never show. Room masking is shorter — 8 to 10 feet is enough to hide doors, carts and stacked chairs.

Trade show booths are governed by the show's own rules: most standard inline booths allow 8-foot back walls and 3-foot side rails. Send the exhibitor kit and we will build to it.

Delivery, setup and strike

Gear rolls from our Hammond warehouse on a truck timed to your dock window, is installed and tested before doors, and is struck by the same crew at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever your venue allows. Venue dock fees, union labor and overnight parking are quoted separately when a room requires them.
