Laptops or desktops with monitors?
Laptops are right for registration, roaming staff, breakout rooms and anything that has to move during the event. They set up fast and need only power.
Desktop workstations with large monitors suit fixed cyber cafes, long training sessions and design or CAD work where screen real estate and sustained performance matter more than portability.
Delivery, setup and strike
Gear rolls from our Hammond warehouse on a truck timed to your dock window, is installed and tested before doors, and is struck by the same crew at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever your venue allows. Venue dock fees, union labor and overnight parking are quoted separately when a room requires them.
Laptop and computer rental questions
- Can you load our software on the rental laptops?
- Yes. Send us your image or a list of applications and we build, test and label every machine before delivery so all units are identical on arrival. Allow a few extra days before load-in for larger imaged deployments.
- How many laptops can you supply for a conference in New Orleans?
- We handle single show laptops through full registration and training-room deployments. Call 504-837-1527 with your quantity, dates and software list and we will confirm availability for your show week.
- What happens to our data when the computers go back?
- Every returned machine is wiped before it is re-imaged for the next client. If your event needs a documented wipe, tell us on the quote and we will confirm the process in writing.

- Yes. Show machines go out in presentation mode with notifications and screen savers off, dual outputs configured for program and confidence, and your deck cued before doors.
