Conference general sessions
A wide main-stage wall for keynote slides plus IMAG, so the back of a 1,500-seat ballroom reads every line of a deck.

Decorative animation of shimmering LED wall tiles with a light sweep.
Service
Seamless indoor and outdoor LED walls, delivered, rigged, processed and operated by our crew — from a 10-foot ballroom backdrop to a festival-scale outdoor screen.
Specifications
We stock modular LED cabinets that build to almost any width and height, with the processing, rigging and crew to put them in the air safely. Every LED video wall rental ships with a spare-panel allowance and redundant playback, and scales from a ballroom backdrop to a festival screen as part of our audio visual rental inventory.
Where it works
A wide main-stage wall for keynote slides plus IMAG, so the back of a 1,500-seat ballroom reads every line of a deck.
Branded ambient content, live camera feeds during the program, and donor recognition rolls between courses.
Outdoor-rated walls with high brightness and weather protection for daylight stages and late-night sets.
Booth-scale walls and columns that pull traffic from across the hall and loop brand content all day.
Commencements, athletics banquets and orientation sessions where sightlines beat projection every time.
High refresh panels that stay clean on camera, paired with a switched program feed for remote audiences.
Budgeting
We quote every wall from the room, the content and the schedule rather than a rate card. These are the factors that move the number most.
Cost scales with panel count. A tighter pitch puts more panels — and more processing — into the same square footage, so close viewing distances cost more than a wide stage backdrop.
Outdoor calls for weather-rated, high-brightness panels, heavier ballast or rigging, and power distribution with backup, all of which add to the line item.
Flown walls need truss, motors and a rigging plot approved by the venue. Ground support is usually less, but still needs goal posts and ballast.
Crew size, load-in windows, overnight installs, union venues and multi-day shows all shift labor hours more than gear does.
Playback operators, camera packages, switching and content resizing to native wall resolution can be added or handled by your team.
Distance from our Gulf South base, dock access, freight elevators and venue rules on rigging affect trucking and crew time.
Proof
Three recent walls, the rooms they went into, and what they measurably changed for the show.
Corporate conference
Downtown convention center ballroom — New Orleans, LA
A single seamless 16'x9' wall replaced a three-screen projection package so the back row could read presenter decks without a dimmed room. Two camera IMAG feeds were switched into the wall for keynotes.
Nonprofit gala & fundraiser
Riverfront outdoor plaza — Baton Rouge, LA
An IP-rated 4.8mm wall on ground support carried the donor program, live camera feed and sponsor loop from golden hour into full dark, with a wind plan and redundant playback for the outdoor build.
Trade show & brand activation
Exhibit hall activation footprint — Gulf South regional show
A tight 1.9mm wall sized to a walk-up booth looped brand content for three show days, with content resized to native wall resolution ahead of load-in so nothing scaled soft on the floor.
