Video walls, projection and screens at work
Here's what our video equipment rental looks like in action: LED video walls running live camera and branded content, large-screen projection for conference general sessions, and confidence monitors so presenters never have to turn their back on the audience. If you've been to a gala or corporate event in the Gulf South with a screen that was bright, sharp and never flickered — there's a good chance it was ours.
Choosing between projection and an LED wall depends on ambient light, room depth and budget, and we spec it after seeing the venue. Either way, we handle the full chain: screens, projectors or LED panels, switching, playback and the video engineer who runs the show. No more fighting a hotel's ancient in-house projector an hour before doors.
